Unfortunately, the defense does not have to provide proof. He just has to cast ‘reasonable doubt’ on the evidence, witness testimony, etc.

They interviewed Tylee right after and she didnt like Charles and didnt care that he had been murdered, you can look it up and watch the interview. Charles was also not her father.

@@jdxx59​​⁠I have some doubts this was the reason bc the Police Department in Arizona did a piss poor investigation and wrote Charles Vallow death off as justifiable; They believed Alex, Lori and Tylee’s story that Charles was coming at them with a bat and they felt threatened. So none of them had anything to worry about. If I recall, Charles death was only revisited and FINALLY investigated as a murder once they realized the two kids were murdered. Same with Tammy. But I do agree with the commenter below that said there was several reasons: Tylee and JJ were in Lori’s way. Tylee being a teenager and very opinionated, she was probably reminding her mother how she is coo-coo for Coco puffs everyday ;p which Lori then made up/or made herself believe Tylee was now a zombie soley because she was going against what Lori/Jesus vision/plan. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Tylee probably also complained about having to get up and move every time Lori was on her manic bullshit. I also think once Lori realized she wasn’t getting the 1 million dollar life insurance she was desperate for Tyleees monthly inheritance from Joe Ryan. She probably knew Tylee would be turning 18 soon and be taking her monthly checks and getting far away from Lori. I do believe it was proven Lori was cashing Tylees checks after her death. I think she killed JJ because he was difficult and cramped her new lifestyle, but ultimately I think she killed him out of spite because Kay Woodcock (JJ grandma received the million dollar inheritance Lori felt she was entitled to, so she took /murdered JJ so Kay would never see her Grandson again. It’s sickening! And for them to try to justify all this evil as them following the word of God. Disgusting. Despicable and straight up evil. All they had to do was give JJ back to Kay!! and Tylee was almost an adult. She could’ve went and stayed with Colby or her aunts, cousins, friends. Hell, she had the monthly income to probably live on her own.
