Prior is grasping at straws.Tammy was suffocated ,strangled.This is ridiculous.

Prior despised and was rude to every detective. He only embarrassed himself!

PRIOR NEEDS TO DO HIS JOB BUT HE IS A BULLY WHO ABUSES A DETECTIVE WHO IS JUST DOING HIS JOB. I HOPE THE JURY SEES PRIOR FOR WHAT HE IS.

Agreed! He comes off as a bully who has to be aggressive to cover chads bull.

It was so nice to see how things ended up after his inappropriate behavior. Have you watched Nate’s interview with juror 14? He talks about Prior.

They did!

You're totally wrong about the witness. She didn't get confused about the stairs. Obviously, you have forgotten that Det. Hermosillo also mentioned "upstairs" when he was in the witness stand. When Chad was speaking to his daughter when in the police car, I believe in his conversation to her, he too mentioned "upstairs".

Let us all take a moment to appreciate the fact that there is a coroner with the last name " Dye "

Why did they not seem to enquire about when the anti depressants were prescribed to Tammy. This seems a valid question and hope we find out

OMG can someone please tell the most argumentative man in Idaho that a DEAD BODY CAN’T ROLL OFF A BED. He’s said it at least 5 times today and if I was in that jury room I would be ripping my hair out. I’d also start deliberations with that exact question. Game over.

Watch Nate’s interview with juror 14. The entire interview. Gives you a good idea of what the jury thought of Prior.

Was a toxicology ever conducted on Tammy
@bethnorrod59428 ай бұрын
I just looked it up and East Idaho News reported that extensive toxicology testing on Tammy revealed nothing unusual.
@patriciafoster3347Ай бұрын
Yes. Finally when she was exhumed. But they didn’t find anything unusual. Just evidence of asphyxiation.

I always want to scream WHY DID THEY TAKE IT AT FACE VALUE AND BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAID? So much evidence was missed as a result

That really gets to me too. Even if there was no sign of a struggle, how can you just take someone's word about what happened? It's not unheard of for someone to kill their spouse. I feel sorry for the coroner. She was inexperienced and I've wondered if maybe she was pressured to not request an autopsy unless she saw 100% proof of foul play. She mentioned something about funding. It just seems so odd for them to chalk it up as natural just because her husband said she'd had some dizzy spills and coughing.
@bethnorrod59428 ай бұрын
When your otherwise healthy spouse suddenly dies in the middle of the night in their 40s, you would remember their medical history and try to get it right because you're going to want to know what has happened to them! When my husband was in a work accident and nearly lost his right arm and left hand, i was reciting his history plum back to his childhood before Id even met him. And I had been to his work place and saw the blood. I knew how serious it was and i was freaking out. I couldnt pronounce the name of his blood pressure medication, but i could tell them what the medicine was for. I get that Prior is defending his client and one of the ways attorneys do that is by attempting to make professionals look incompetent, but that was a bogus statement.
