Try out different internet browsers. Google chrome is good because it can translate to English easy. Sometimes internet browsers can make the website set up look a bit different. Also, you can probably set up an appointment with your bank and they can walk you through a tutorial of how to use Promerica online. I hope this helps!

@@zoewilliamson_costaricathanks for the reply. There’s no language barrier as I’m fluent in Spanish and I have a Tico vice manager for my corporation. I’m just curious if you were using a Costa Rican bank or banking through the US. Banco Promerica hasn’t been great regarding corporate operations. I really was curious if you had a bank you preferred. Hope this doesn’t sound too intrusive and understand if you or your folks choose not to reply or reply privately.
