Zoe! thank yo so much for this, me and my hubby are planing to move to Costa Rica and your videos help a lot. We will be looking for builders to build our dream home. Much love. LIza

I am glad the videos are helping!!! Are you building from scratch or renovating? And which part of Costa Rica are you moving too?

@@zoewilliamson_costarica Thank you for replying :) We are open to both ideas. Do you know builders there? We are going to comeback to drive through Costa Rica and choose potential area. 💕

Hi Zoe! Enjoyed the video as always 😀 Definitely liked the second property as I like the abundance of fruit trees and the property setting overall, however, I'm not really a big fan of snakes....yikes!!!😩 Those trek pants look really cool and thanks for adding the distances of the property to town!! 😁looking forward to your next video!!! Cheers!!!
@zoewilliamson_costarica2 жыл бұрын
Yeah, I am not a huge fan of snakes either, especially if they are fearless enough to "wait outside my front door" like the guy in the video said. And yes, I applied your suggestion with adding the distance from town into the video. I also added the prices as well. Thanks for your comments as always- cheers!

HI ZOE - a few suggestions for your next "real estate tour" video. (1) Be sure to give the SIZE of the property in acres or square feet (since most Americans aren't familiar with metric measurements); (2) Spend more time viewing the houses / buildings, and describing them with square footage, number of bedrooms / bathrooms, etc.; (3) Mention any "extras" included - like furniture, appliances, farm equipment, etc., and (4) Give a reference point - nearest town or city; and also distance from shopping, hospital, etc. Good luck !

@@zoewilliamson_costarica You should do well ! Lots of folks in Florida are serious about moving to CR as expats. Cost of living here is too high for us retirees !

Great video! Fun to watch you evolve throughout your series. You appear to be leaner than the first videos must be all that healthy eating. What was the point of the snake tutorials? Were there a lot in that area and it was just a warning? The Fer de Lance are scary
@zoewilliamson_costarica2 жыл бұрын
Hi and thank you! And yes, I have lost around 15 pounds being in costa rica. When I came here I didn't have a kitchen for a month so I ate out wayyy too much. And luckily, the life style here is much healthier as well and I workout much more often than I did back in the states. And the guy in the video was just pointing out the snakes that were on that specific property. They are pretty terrifying!

I've watched 2 of her videos; funny she does not discuss HEAVY RAINS (daily), Bridges washing out (no bridge for days, weeks, months in the midst of roads), POWER failures.....EXPENSIVE utilities (electric, hot water is very expensive depending on the home's heating tech); iffy internet (maybe Elon's satellite tech is useful); the lack of VARIETY of ALL kinds of shopping we take forgranted in 1st World Western Countries. Notice she does NOT mention regular trips to Panama (US Dollar, abundant shopping like in America in Albritton Mall, etc). None of the properties she shows are worth more than a few hundred thousand dollars. ALL of the multi million dollar listings are nonsensical to ever BUY. #insane
