Congrats on going full time! Nobody asked for it, so I'll give my best advice as someone who's been self employed for nearly a decade now - Keep your overhead/personal expenses lowlowlowlowlow! You'd be surprised at how quickly things can go from great to terrible and if you're loaded up with debt and no reserve capital, you're basically playing Russian roulette with a fully loaded cylinder. Your content is great so I have no doubt you'll make it in that regard!

"Selling out" has never entailed taking advantage of ads, it's literally the way you make money with KZbin. If you want to succeed then take ANY oppurtunity life throws at you and run with it. People will stick by your side but you have to do one thing and that's never stop being "Jack Sather". There's a lot to like about this character even your ridiculously large nose. This. It's worth knowing "sellout" comes from the days when musicians could only get big by selling their souls to record companies. Record companies tightly controlled radio play, demanded stores rearrange displays, anything you can imagine to influence what sold. Independent artists really had to suffer while record label bands had it "easy" (if being screwed out of all your money despite working hellish hours is easy). Today things are somewhat different. Like if Jack sold his channel to Logan Paul's media company... That would be different.

This isn't true, people will tolerate certain types of ads, certain formats ect. But start throwing in the worst and most obnoxious ads like raid shadow legends and a lot of people will stop watching. He has made good decisions on this so far, no need for him to go crazy and ruin it now.

Started watching KZbin in 2005 more or less since it’s inception. I’ve watched this exact video you’ve made so many times now. From people like Seananners or Dunkey, Jacob geller, Action Button, Hell, I watched the formation of Machinima and rooster teeth. I read IGN Insider and PC gamer back in late 1900’s. Among god knows how many other magazines websites. Arguments with friends, console war after console war. Gaming reviews have been a huge part of my life, probably longer than you’ve been alive. I think you’ve got something that makes you original. Stay honest.

That man who discussed games from his office/bedroom/whatever has now taken the show on the road, grown a big audience, and is doing it full-time BAY-BEE! The evolution in the content here is most impressive and the effort shows. The costumes, the locales, the pageantry, and everything just looks professional yet the funny man on the screen never feels caught up in his own hype. Jack just gets shit done here on the channel and it always entertains, gotta love the class when it doesn't draw attention to itself.
