Went on a wild goose chase on a cab to see The Famous Liberace’s house/museum. It was Expensive for a run down exhibit that we got to see, which was only the museum exhibit with his costumes ! I can't believe that such a beautiful mansion so exquisitely beautiful and lavishly decorated would've been abandoned and belonging to one of the most charismatic and beloved entertainers of the 20th century,no less! That place should have been declared a historical place a year after Liberace's passing. He did so much for the fans and was respected and admired by other celebrities as well. That place is a testament to the amazing career and talent of Liberace. I'm glad that it was restored for all to see.

I remember when he bought the two houses and joined them. He also owned a condo here in Vegas where he entertained friends. He was very generous to the city when he lived here. A couple of other stars bought two homes and joined them. Phyllis Maguire and Seigfried and Roy did this. I think they enjoyed living in established neighborhoods. That's so great that Liberace´s Vegas home has been finally saved. The current owner has done a wonderful job restoring the place to its original glory, despite unwelcoming alterations done by the previous owner.i.e, filling up the pool, (really?) and all dilapidations suffered throughout its period of abandonment.

A few years ago, I seen some footage of his home in Vegas it was so sad to see, homeless people where living inside full of garbage, ran down windows broke, fence hanging from the hinges Graffiti all over the home, SAD! SAD!! SAD!!!.. This home, what this person done to it is Unimaginable!! I am SO GLAD that it was Saved, it would have been a shame not to have restored it. My hat goes off to the person that done this. Liberace is proud of you. Job well done!!!!!!! PS: Thank you!!

That house leaves one speechless! I guess I don't understand how the extravagant home of such a mega icon like Liberace's could end up abandoned allowed to go into such a state of decay for so many years. Did he not leave it to anyone in his will? Did no one love & care for him enough to value & cherish his beloved estate? Don't mind me. I always go down those weird rabbit holes. It just makes me wonder how some people can just be forgotten like that. It makes me sad. But I'm happy someone finally cared enough to buy his house & restore it with such care. I can't believe that story about the jewelry that he found! Wow! Plus I found a video from 1981 where Liberace is in his house waking up in his bedroom, then basically walks through his house and you can see how it looked originally. The front of the house outside looked like it was all hedges and he got into his limo on the street. He then says to his audience "I didn't get dressed like this to go unnoticed". Thanks Jordan!!

The sad part is how quickly people are forgotten. You're completely correct in how it was abandoned but remember there was a slur against liberace being homosexual and his death around his health condition. Now it's taken more acceptably but then No. He was an icon but also needed to be in control.

"I wish my brother George was here..." I dont give concerts, i put on a show! Oscar Wild connection. Interesting piano. Another Baldwin piano with his tip jar. Elaborate work done on his bar and ceilings. His tuxedo and shoes. Ghosts of Liberace.. I met Liberace in Market Basket shopping and he was very gracious and kind. Big ballroom with elaborate shiny piano. Marble baby grand piano crazy. 100th birthday plague. Cool on the national registry of historic sites.. awesome stuff Jordan. I'd heard he and Queen Elizabeth were good friends. Cool player piano too. Such an elaborate home. Michaelangelo relative did the work on the ceiling wow.. childs baby grand piano..Jordan's hot tub moment!! His hidden jewelry box go figure for Liberace.. woah what a cool staircase he didnt spare any expense that's for sure! Moroccan room is incredible with his tile and furniture.. so beautiful house Jordan! So cool Martin Ravenhill had this restored so tastefully as Liberace would have had it. Crazy Cool Vlog ...

Absolutely wonderful, but frankly, there are no words that can describe the beauty and classical artful taste that he had. Yes, I'm old enough to remember my Mom watching him on our first black and white television in the mid-50s. When he came on, she melted and I learned to love him and his brother, George. I have been fortunate enough to watch his original shows on "Oldies" stations. He was so so so talented and he sure knew how to put on a show with his talent and sweetness. Jordan, you had to be in 7th Heaven just being there & experiencing all of the wonderfulness! Awesome!!!! Thank you!
