Finn you need to spray Glysophate 360ppm Fast knockdown weed herbicide on your land..Within a week all those tall weeds will be dead right down to ground level..and wont grow back for months..Dont waste time just cutting the weeds..they will just grow back fast.

Hi Alex, Pura Vida has changed a lot since 2009, at that time there was only the Sea Explorer dive center and behind the bungalows with green roofs. Chris heim did a good job with taste. We will surely meet one day since I have my house in Masaplod Norte, we will drink a good fresh pilsen after a series of beautiful dives. Yes it is important to fence off your land even if it is temporarily, it is more careful A +!

The video shows healthy marine life in that area, I it can be maintained that way. To clear your property of bushes, there is lots of manual labor or hire an excavator to clear the bushes. You compare hiring an excavator or manual labor. You can check with Kulas, what is the cost on building his beach home. Be safe.
