7:20 The biggest problem is when a foreigner buys and try to protect his investment in a property without being pending on any local partner. Why? because land cannot be bought by foreigners as he pointed out. Too many end up losing everything`or having to deal with all kind of disputes with the local partner. Even many capital crime ending such ventures.

I think the foreigners who invest knows the pros and cons esp if they’re going to spend a substantial amount of cash flow onto a property.

What a marvelous opportunity for someone with vision. Seems like the only way to make a go of it economically would be to create a "There" there with a great deal of investment upgrading the facilities to turn it into a resort.

What a nice guy! I really enjoyed this and the house episodes... So much opportunity over there, this resort has potential for sure... I'd be interested in watching a tour of his boat (my guess is it's bigger than dinghy sized 😉)... That's the other aspect of both properties... Where to park a boat and add water activities potential... Snorkeling, diving, fishing, tours of nearby islands, etc. A whole new revenue stream to tap into (and pull more tourists/water enthusiasts)... Anyway... Thanks for the tours, and appreciate the both of you for taking so much time to provide a really thorough overview... 🙏🙏🙏 👍😎👍

Snippet: The exterior of the resort could use some professional landscaping design -- the same with concrete cement on grounds, or green grass it -- to cover most of what's exposed on this video. The rest looks amazing. Be sure customers' bathrooms are working and sanitary -- with sinks and flushable toilets. All the best. be blessed. mar2024

It is sad how they did that in South Florida. They took out all the coconut 🌴 palms because they’re afraid a coconut will hit a kid on the head. When we grew up with coconut palms everywhere in Ft Laudredale, when did anyone ever get hit in the head with a coconut? Never. In my early 20’s back in the early 70’s I started my first business cutting and trimming palm trees in Palm Beach County. First of all. The only coconut that falls out of a tree is super ripe and weighs almost nothing. I’m on a mission to repopulate South Florida with coconuts. It’s not the same without them.
@Alex_Kosh3 ай бұрын
At least 5 coconuts fall down in 1-2 meters near me for the last two years. Here even green coconuts fall down because rats eat them. I showed it in this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/eqC4YWWXpapgeJYsi=d0XOaeSHxOGJdXO7
