It's definitely one of the better choices on Irlo Bronson Highway. The rooms in the new tower are especially nice -- even better than the room I had filmed in the older wing.

I visited this Ramada for a single night in September 2019 and had a very awful experience at it. When my family went then, we were put in the older back motel part of the resort, the AC wasn't working until it was fixed in the morning, the lamps were broken (the knobs to turn them on were snapped off), the TV was unplugged, and the bathroom was super filthy. It was quite a nightmare. But since that was almost 5 years ago, it's good to see that it is seems some changes had been made at it since then.

From what I've seen, the rooms get worse the farther away from the lobby. Everything is clean and amazing in the new tower. The first two buildings that surround the main courtyard and pool are also very clean and tidy. But once you walk past that area and head back towards the rooms near the second pool..... Those are the rooms that seem neglected. So if anyone has issues, ask for a room towards the front of the hotel.

Thanks for the review! You had another review of the Rosen inn. I’m in between these 2. Main concern is the cleanliness. Which one do you recommend?

Well, there are 4 Rosen Inns. The best locations are Rosen Inn Pointe Orlando and Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista. The only major downside to the Rosen Inns are that they are located directly next to Interstate 4 -- which has noisy traffic. If you are in a room facing the interstate, you will hear it at night. If you have a hotel room facing away from the interstate -- it is fairly quiet. This Ramada is really nice if you are staying in the new tower at the front of the property. The older rooms behind the tower aren't quite as nice, but still pretty good. Personally, I think the Rosen Inns are a little bit nicer. But the Ramada is significantly quieter if noisy traffic bothers you. Both hotels are very well maintained, so they are equals there. They both have on-site restaurants, pools and arcades -- so basically equal in that area as well. If nearby attractions / restaurants are very important, then Rosen Inn Pointe Orlando is the best option. If being close to Universal is most important, Rosen Pointe Orlando is again best option. If you are mostly going to Disney then this Ramada or Rosen Lake Buena Vista is the best choice. If onsite security is important to you, all the Rosen Inn's have it and this Ramada doesn't. All the parking lots are gated / patrolled by security as well at all the Rosen Inn's, too. I'd usually go for the best deal since both of these hotels are quite good.

No, breakfast isn't included with the room rate. The on-site restaurant, the Smokehouse Grill, does serve a breakfast buffet -- but you have to pay for it. The only ones who eat free are children under 5 who come with a paying adult. The restaurant serves breakfast from 7am to 11am.
