Blood sausage , basically coagulated blood with muscular protein in it. It's delicious but call it what it is and people don't really want to try it and find that it's absolutely delicious.

You're missing Barry's Irish Tea and real brown soda bread with black currant jam. Possibly rhubarb pie with beat sugar. There's Dublin up and then there's the real Ireland in Cork like Tory Top Pop that bottle emm Kerry like. Deeya tink like then?😮😂
