No sorry I don't have it, I think I have one in my shop disassembled,but don't have spare part for gear assy to repair it and don't want to change all gear assy

Thank you for that detailed video! I disassembled the gearbox of my DHP485. It had a lot of play on the front so that it was almost impossible to bore exact holes. After complete dissambling I found out that all metal parts seem to be ok. Bearing itself was also good. But the front bearing hat a lot of play to the plastic housing. It seems that the plastic has deformed over the time. I sometimes used the DHP485 for brushing metal parts. I will not do this anymore in future - I will only use my grinder for it. Have somebody here seen such a problem ? How to fix?

You need to change plastic part or you can make bigger hole in plastic and replace curent ball bearing woth bigger one...

Hello, by your experience there is DDF484 is more strong than DHP484? I know that DHP has the hummer-drill function and DDF doesn`t but I don`t understand if there is any advantage about durability choicing the DDF over the DHP. Maybe using the hammer-drill function will wear sooner the system or so...I don`t know. Thanks in advance for your replay.
