AK2000S with android doesnt support shooter or zoom. Basically camera is connected to the phone but doesnt control the feiyutech camera app or any camera app. Is there any way to support any android camera app? (at least for shooter...).

@@Feiyu-tech if I have a canon R7 mounted I get the basic things I need to work fine, but then I connect a Galaxy (as I don't take the EOS on a family outing for example) to the ak2000s and not even the shutter function works. For a mixed shooter (which is common) it can be really determinant when choosing hardware. Really the programming of a camera software is spoiling the choice of this device in such a tight market. Its a pitty cause it has been a really great experience during 2 months.

I can not balance the gimbal using my Canon EOS M50 camera like you did @2:55. All other positions are balanced perfectly except the one @2:55. What to do? My gimbal goes crazy whenever I hold it up side down and back normally, may be I think this is caused by the balance position @2:55 that I can not do. I am so disappointed with AK2000 ever since I bought it

Hi! In the 0:30 seconds this video you have show the unboxing with all contents parts of the AK4000 exactly like comes to me. But after in the 11:35 minutes you have in your hands another component to mount the "magic ring function" ! This component does not comes the KIT AK4000 and really without this the mounting is very dificult. WHY? I need to know how to solve this!!

I´m having an issue with my AK2000. I can´t use other modes but TF. I reseted gimbals parameter but nothing changed. I upgraded the firmare but anyways nothing happend. I need a help with this problem, please.

Hi! I have problems with the camera angles set by hand. The manual and other source said the camera angle can set with hand by turning the camera in the desired position hold it for a half second and the gimbal stay in that position. But my ak2000 just do this in the tilt direction. In pan and roll axis direction is jumping back. I try it in every mode.

Hey I just got mine yesterday and had some vibration few seconds after gimbal was turned on. It went away after I changed weight settings that fit my camera. Try it. Should work

It can work with the Sony A7 IV, but the lens should not be too heavy, as the AK2000's payload is 2.8kg.

Hi everybody! Anybody who use this great gimbal with a lightweight camera (camcorder or photo camera) fight with the problem of the pan axis balance. The main reason why this axis can’t balance because the vertical arm can’t slide enough to it’s end position (there is marking on the arm with the 5 cm sign, but in the real life it’s going to 4.1 or 4.2 maximum). To unlock this deficiency you must unscrew the four philips screw, and unscrew the three hexagon socket screw. One is visible at the front of the arm, the another two is come up after you unscrew the four philips and remove the plastic cover. Take care of it’s rear end because it’s glued to the arm. When you unscrew the two rear hexagon screw now it’s removable the rear limiter what is prevent so far the arm sliding to the end of the marks (now my gimbal’s vertical arm sets to 5.5 cm what is much enough. The good pan axis balance for my Panasonic HDC-HS 100 camcorder with approx. 450 gramm weight is at the 5.0 cm mark.) After the remove of the rear limiter you take back the plastic cover, however now you can only screw the two philips at the front. That’s all.
