I'm speechless. Your new World Headquarters is going to be incredible. You are doing the right thing to leave a lot of the ornate decoration. Good choice not removing some of the preexisting deco. That used to be the trinity broadcast network building, the couple that ran it were the Tammy fae and Jim baker of the Westcoast. I think the building once finished Along with the Koshbin touch will look absolutely beautiful.
