About 4:02 - two desks, both 'Manny CI' (to give this a try?) - and the room maybe could be found to be too long for walking it all the time and looking cool boss same time (1) - I could think of you having a scooter being purpose built for that - 'design according to the favorite car, or the house or reflecting on the purpose of the HQ or completly different (Opera, beach, adventure, ancient Persia) In theorie desk and scooter could as well be a sort of matching design (designer chargeport at the desk) you/one could sell as your well priced premium product - 'Koshbin's!' (?) (Some would have use for such thing (car dealers etc, in- and outside) - others just have it as a livestyle product?) 1 - not a must but i want to have choice

Every car spot should have its own plexiglass locker for its Keys, miniature replicas if any, books, matching watches, hats. I wish I could come an spend a year with you and help you design it. 😅🙄🙂

Id put the desk in the middle row by the elevator side and keep the whole middle row empty so the cars have room to come and go… and this way when u enter from the garage u see the desk in the middle and two rows of cars to each side 🔥

I would clean the whole new garage, place the cars in how you are going to park your cars then place your desk in the spot that will fit and not disrupt any parking spots. Even if you have to walk farther to your RR, think of it as exercise!

Should build a little elevated area like say 1'-2' in one of those corners for your office area. give it some contrast. That way you can have a down angle to look at the fleet, just an idea. Great content and LOVE the cars!

If I'm being honest I hated your new HQ when you purchased them. However with all the remodeling you're doing it's starting to look really nice. I share the opinion of your camera man (forgot his name). I also think you amazing desk should be near the elevator that goes up to your office. You'd be able to see your entire fleet (from a different angle) and you'd be close to your office in the second floor as well. Perhaps it would be good for you to have a Segway to move around your garage. That looks like almost a block (in the video, at least). Does the garage only have one exit? Sorry for the rant, but I must say I'm really happy for you.
