I would add to the reasons why this cracks is possible moisture intrusion from the topside (roof) due to a poorly maintained flat roof coating. From my limited understanding of AZ flat roofs, elastomer coatings should be reapplied every 2-3 years. In reality, most folks aren't even doing it every 5-6 years and then comes monsoon season and they wonder why it's leaking...

drywall is like any other house thing has to be maintained drywall cracks and if outside it will happen drywall is not meant be outside so if it is needs be maintained

not from moisture from heat zapped not leaking so nothig on video shows leak
