One thing that helped me recently is not trying to squeeze the muscle but rather trying to stay calm and fluid and keeping tension during the whole rep. Before I used to feel pain and think it was my muscle but I think it was more my tendons aching from squeezing too hard and basically using that momentum. Going a little slower and almost pretending there was no weight on the bar for the first few reps really helped me feel how the muscle is supposed to feel if that makes sense 😂

I love this video so much. I think it’s a good watch for beginners and advanced. I think she was succinct. She gave us all the information that we really want to know when we watch these types of videos like the actual workout, form, cues, sets and reps. And then on top of that she gave us that outfit info capital WOW. 🤩🤯

Thank you so much for this Diana. I usually go to the gym about 2 to 3 times a week because I am still in school and I have a lot of homework and studying to do, but I still try to find time to go. I love doing your quad workout the most, them really leave me not being able to walk the next couple of days

I did your quad focused routine with the drop sets & it was challenging, fun & exciting to see me push through! I’m a newbie so I started w/55lb kettlebell for the goblets & then dropped down!

why are you calling them goblet squats? theyre just squats... a goblet squat refers to how you hold the dumbbell, like a goblet.

It's because she elevated her heels a little bit. Normal squats (in literal terms) will be with no elevation.
