This is probably too late but if you somehow read it or anyone. Doing abs five times a week at the end of the workout session actually overtrains it and that’s mostly why you can’t get your visible abs. You have abs but since they are overworked they don’t pop out as much. You can do research on it. I suggest you to work abs only for three days out of five. Abs need 48 hours of rest before working on the muscles again. I recommend doing one day doing abs and the next day not and then the other next day doing abs. Kind of like the yes, no, yes, no, yes. And that’s 5 days already and three days with doing abs, and you only get two days of not doing it which is not too much rest.

@@user-lm7gg9nw1r it could be in general, the most you can work your muscles is three times a week. Two times a week is ok, as long as you’re doing it consistently and not too short of a period. For example, you can do it two times a week and during that time of the week you could do 30 minutes to an hour. If you do less it would make your results slower and little. It applies for any type of muscle, I just specifically used abs because Sandy is doing abs.

hey girlie, it’s ideal to structure ur workouts with compounds first, e.g. on pull days you would begin with lat pull-downs/pullups, then rows, (basically all ur back movements first as most back workouts use ur biceps as the accessory muscle), after your back exercises you work your biceps through curls (cable, dumbbell, barbell). hope this helps! i know you mentioned that some machines were taken at the time but always try to start with heavy compounds on any lift day. credibility: i can do 12 pullups ; bw 100lbs

❤️❤️💖Sandy dont forget to train chest! A lot of women think it is only beneficial for men, but it is so important for women to train chest as well. I neglected to train chest for years until I learned the importance of it. Itll help with posture, keeping a balanced physique, and help with all sort of pushing you do in daily life. Having a strong chest will also help prevent injury in your shoulders and back as well.

@@LaReinaaaaa382 no it doesn't :) the reason women lose their chest is if they lose body fat and their genetics cause them to lose size on their chest. Some people weight-loss it doesn't change their chest size and some women it does. Training chest only will strengthen and make the muscle underneath the fat larger, leaving a more sculpted look but not directly affecting breast size.

Not in a bad way but I really recommend you watch videos on how to do some glutes exercise right, you should do them slowed and controlled while using your core and glutes

Typically you want to increase the weight to gain bigger muscles! I currently am doing a challenging weight, but I increase my reps to help my body look more toned, not necessarily making my muscles get larger! More weight: build muscles More reps: toned out and define muscles

Babe the form was OFF in your hip thrusts. All the strain was on your lower back, not glutes. Please ask your trainer on how to do those
