Forgot to mention I do cycle sync my workouts so this split/routine is during my follicular/ovulation phase of my menstrual cycle (aka where I go hard in my workouts/ workout the most) during my luteal and menstrual phase I will lower the weight and intensity and have more rest days depending on how I feel. It’s funny but my workout routine is basically the same girl! Anyway I watched your video and I found it so inspiring for me! I also love doing yoga and pilates 1/2 times a week and 3 strength workout but since I love moving my body I’m usually going for a walk, a swim or any other slow activities on my rest days too. I think it’s very important to find your personal and unique routine based on how you really feel and also stay true to your daily life. I think we found ours for now!

How much do you lift for upper body is it heavy? Because I really wanna get that slim toned look but I m afraid lifting heavy will make me bulky because my genetics, even tho I'm slender I hold alot of weight in my arms. Any advice ?

Not a professional so i reccomend to double check what i'm saying - but i think what you're holding in your upper body is mostly fat (if you arent working out), so if you start lifting heavy you will build more muscle making your arms more toned :) Its obviously important to hit your protein goals AND stay in a SLIGHT calorie deficit

I thought as Christians we should be cautious about doing yoga?

Hi! I’ve talked to other Christians on their thoughts about it and so far every one has different opinions on it. I would say my faith is built on a very strong foundation so I know to not allow other beliefs sway my belief. Also, I only do yoga simply for the physical benefits and when I do do follow along yoga videos on KZbin I only do ones that focus on the physical benefits rather than the “spiritual” benefits (so ones with minimal “cues”) other than that I do my own stretching or “yoga” routine and listen to worship music while doing it and meditate on Jesus and His Word (I actually have follow along stretch and worship workout videos on my other channel) I do NOT go to an actual yoga class with a “spiritual leader.” I should have clarified. I completely understand why other people have different opinions on this but I guess it’s more of a personal conviction 💛
