The pull-up is one of the hardest upper body exercises that many people can’t do. It’s makes sense that you’d do these first when you have the most energy.

sometimes when I get in running slumps its my body's way of telling me that I'm overdoing it! Usually if I take a few days/a week or so off of running (or running less) then I start to crave it again and will come back stronger after the rest

If you are having times where running isn’t as fun try our apple fitness + treadmill workouts. Oh my gosh they just make everything so much fun. I really enjoy coach Sam’s runs. They range from 10 mins to 45 mins and you run from an easy pace to an all out pace range. Also includes some hills. Definitely give it a go. Even a video review? Xx

Guys don’t do pull ups everyday your muscles will need need time to recover and maxing out daily will not help with progress unless you incorporate proper rest.

You're in general doing absolutely amazing but I think you should perhaps take an actual rest day from running bcs like you said you're body is naturally against it bcs of overdoing it and your calves and feet are starting to hurt a bit so not running for a couple of days would be better! Anyway thank you for your videos they're very helpful!! 💞

Listen to what coco said ^ never ask things like that on youtube, you can never trust anyone on the internet!!! In my personal EXPERIENCE however, birth control didn't change my weight, and I honestly feel as normal as I did before taking it (my periods are only 4 days now and I have no cramps). My friend had the opposite experience though, it made her gain weight and caused her to have blood clot issues. So please, ask a doctor. Its different for everyone

Working out every day or even running long distance would probably cause most people to lose their gains. It just depends on what you want your body to look like. Most guys want to bulk up so cardio isn’t really ideal. They also don’t need an intensive program to see progress either.

I would not want to do your routine or even recommend it. It looks too challenging. For general health people don’t need to exercise everyday or even run 5 miles. I think you are in the 1% of the population athletic wise. Maybe you fit in with the military? Just guessing your background or are a college athlete. But most people aren’t doing your routine or any routine for that matter…
