Take a look into my full day of training, including a speed track workout and a great lift in the gym. Track work includes some 200s and 280s where we focus on change of pace and running fast relaxed. The gym focuses on hamstrings, single leg work, and maintaining speed and explosiveness without overworking the system.

Did anyone notice he runs the 800 in sprint spikes? It feels so much better than running it in mid distance spikes imo

What would be cool is if you broke everything down with time of day. Almost a day in the life, so we could see how a pro plans out their day.
