The people who do it will have perfected far better techniques than me and it will take them a fraction of the time. To them it's just another assembly job. One day they might be doing hundreds of 3x3x3s and another day a few 17x17x17s.

Thankyou so much for this video. After a bad pop, taking it apart, sorting it all out, and putting it back together, I can now say I have assembled a 17x17x17. I really don't know if I would have even tried to put it together if I hadn't seen someone else do it first. So thanks again. I have no Idea how the pro assemblers deal with the last part either but, your string tied to a rubber band method worked like a charm. I have no idea how I would have dealt with that without your video. One last time. Thankyou.

Insane work and exhausting video (3:35:00 for the highest tension sequence "putting on the hat, pulling off the lingerie" 😄). Now I think that paying $600 - $800 for one of this is cheap: you don't pay only for the cube, you do pay for the work AND for the patience that are needed to assembly this monster (now think about the DIY stickered version: like this one but add maybe a couple of hours more putting on the f*cking stickers... daaaaamn, man!! 😋). These things should cost $2000 😳.

To be honest my assembly was pretty dreadful. In the factory they will do it much quicker. Also, stickers are applied with application sheets so they can be done very fast by the experts. I have always struggle to use those sheets though so normally do it the slow way.
