A trick I learned from an old painter is to use a nail and punch 4-8 holes in the ‘valley’ of the can where the lid goes. That allows the paint that gets in there drain back into the can. A quick wipe out will clean the valley and there is no problem at all with the lid sealing back again.

when i was in High School 50 years ago my dad and I bought a 37 ford pickup for a project. It had been painted light blue with a brush. I was in a field in Oregon and it did keep it from rusting.

Like how Ian says don’t mess it up,yet after seeing some of the ripples in the fender like he’s not going to hammer and dolly them out and have to reapply the primer. And I was totally surprised to see a roll on primer, I thought you’d have had a paint booth

I am so bummed I missed the live!!! I just watched a couple of weeks ago, this guy using that product painted a car, he was rolling that primer on and even used those cheap throw away foam brushes for areas he couldn’t get with the roller. Then he painted it with that big krylon spray can that sprays like a spray gun😂 I thought it was going to look like Fido’s ass! He did block and sand it. It looked like a million dollar paint job! I couldn’t believe it! That’s a good product! Jamie! You looked adorable painting! I can’t believe you didn’t get one smudge of it on you!👌🏻!!…….Good stuff as always ✌🏻

I've painted cars with enamel paint and 4 inch roller in the hot blaring sun. Paint the sunny side first and then turn the car around and paint the other side in the sun. People called me a bullshiter and didn't believe it. It would turn out great. The neighbors saw me do it and still didn't believe it. Nice and shiny and smooth 👌

I do mechanic work on the side of my regular job and in my experience Hyundai's are good cars but they have lots of known problems with the workings of their engines so if I was to give you any advice on your hybrid make sure you stay up on the maintenance and keep the fluids up to par especially the engine oil. I place my bets on the vehicle that you have has a variable timing intake setup which runs on oil pressure only second to their known Machining defects in places like the block to the Head surfacing😢 it's not uncommon for them to have recalls and they're not hard to find on the internet😊

Epoxy primer needs 12 hours to out gas before applying body filler or any kind of build primer. The epoxy primers recommend is self etching for 7 days.after that it needs to be sanded before applying any filler or build primer
