Chris, I don’t know what your occupation was when you lived in Pennsylvania, but you seem to know how to do anything, building your cabin. You are saving loads of money. Good job that the two of you have done with this cabin.

One of my all time favorite KZbin channels. Been watching since the beginning and never miss an episode. I'm blown away by how talented you both are. Not only do you know how to build an incredible house, with complex angles, etc (in freezing temperatures) but you know how to shoot an edit beautiful videos. I honestly think there's nothing you two can't do. You also have nice energy and a peaceful vibe. Thanks for sharing👍

You two should get a "Masters of DIY" certificate from somewhere. They key -- which you have done throughout -- is to know what should be done when ... i.e., A before B, AB before C, ABC before D, etc etc, especially working your climate, and then doing each correctly. Great work and best wishes!

So enjoyable watching two nice young people building their home. Completely understandable to use the small woodstove you were given by your folks for now, so glad you're going to be nice and warm. I'm so excited for you all. You two are very good with each other and appreciate very much following you, be safe. Prayers from California

Good job with the forethought and planning. Saving space in the closet, the mess after insolation, and warmer work space; are all pluses. You may be surprised about the time and amount of heat you get from that little stove. Looks good.

Awesome ! You do an absolutely amazing job on everything you have done with this cabin!❤
@andrewjones-productions3 сағат бұрын
The stove doesn't look silly at all. Yes, I understand that it is too small for the space, but better the stove you have than no heat at all. I'm sure that it will at least take the edge off of the cold and make working inside far more comfortable. Coldness slows one down and it should contribute magnificently in helping you keep up a good healthy pace. A very wise decision in my opinion and as always, I am very impressed with the quality and general tidiness of the installation.

Now with the wood stove you can cook your supper while you are working. A win win situation. It was neat seeing you look out of the roof. The view would be great if you had a window up there. Take care and stay safe. Pat on the heads for the pups. All the best from Petawawa, Ontario.

You are a brave man!!! Years ago I needed to get up on my roof so my neighbor offered his extension ladder, very nice gesture... BUT!!! YIKES!!! It's only a one story home, but that ladder was so loose, flimsy, and it sagged and dipped with each step. I just couldn't do it, if that ladder can't hold 150 pounds without all that wiggedly wobbly twisty stuff then thanks but no thanks!!! My project had to wait till I got my own ladder, not afraid of heights, but those unplanned landings are a pain!!! Literally! So glad you had the ladder tied off at the bottom, smart and brave!!! Good job!!! 👍
