I’ll have a look :) I am surprised eg Winry is typed as an ESFJ - imo she’s an introvert, an ISFJ. . 1)She’s responding not initiating and 2)she wouldnt be such a skilled engineer with the Si parent and Ti inferior functions of the ESFJ, seems more like a Si dom and Ti tertiary of the ISFJ. What do you think?

…ehhh… Mustang’s dynamic with her is such a good friendship. Why it always gotta be a romance? We ain’t neeeever get a good male-female friendship, especially in anime. Why we gotta take this one away?

If you just see them as friends that’s totally okay! I personally think there’s just too much romantic coding in their relationship for me to not see them as that, plus there’s just something about the way the VAs deliver their lines…see my Objectively Canon video for more details I also think the fact that they’re only very emotionally expressive with each other as opposed to their usually stoic personalities says a lot. Compare how Roy acts around Hughes, you never see him being overly tender or initiating touch like he does in a couple of scenes with Riza. This isn’t to say that “friendships” can’t be as emotional or intimate as romances, for instance Sam and Frodo from Lord of the Rings. But Sam and Frodo are both very emotionally expressive characters, while Roy and Riza are not: but when they are it’s always with each other, which I think suggests romance personally

I ship them bc of the author saying that if it weren't for military antifraternization laws they would indeed be together. FMAB has great male-female platonic relationships though, Ross and Brosh for example, Olivier and Buccaneer, Al and Winry, Greed and Martel and Ling and Lan Fan, it's a shame that none of them get as much of a spotlight as Roy and Riza do, but I still love their interactions.
