If you want to lug the bike or cruise, use white map. If you're going to open the throttle a lot, use the green map. It's torque vs power. You can also switch the throttle cam to the larger diameter, so it pulls more cable per degree of twist.

For hill climb and tight enduro I preferring map one and “tc”, open terrain map 2. Exc 450

Yea that’s how I’m using it except I keep TC off for tight enduro unless it’s technical and the tires are struggling.
