I am playing Create: Astral and was was making a 3x3 quarry for 100x the price. I was half way done until I looked in the comments "This no longer works" and I couldn't find a good design. I look at different items for a quarry and see "turtle" in my quest book. I look into it and see mining turtle find this and make one imminently. I no have Sloove working for me, thanks a lot!

If you place water adjacent to the mining turtle's range, it interacts weirdly and fills the entire hole with water so you don't have to worry about falling in holes. Also, Excavate doesn't ask for depth anymore I think.

Do people still run the redstone powered diamond, wood, cobblestone, and void pipe filtering system? (the diamond pipe re-directs materials of a certain type, sending most stuff to diamond chests, dirt and cobble to void pipe, i think it involves some sort of wooden pump thing forgot what they called.
