I particularly enjoyed looking at the JCT600 Display. My favourite Car on display was the New Lotus Eletre SUV In the Launch Zone 😊

Our kids loved sitting in the Ferrari. Did you do any test drives?

I attended on the Saturday. The VW ID Buzz was getting a lot of attention and there is definitely potential as a family/lifestyle vehicle. The BYD cars give an insight into the type of thing we can expect from China in the future and I think it will definitely have us thinking again before buying the European brands that we are used to. My personal favourite though was the Microlino.. I agree that there wasn't as much to see as the Farnborough show.

I was speaking to a few vendors and they said that some people didn’t come as they weren’t sure if it would be worth it but did send “spies” to check it out. Hopefully they got a good impression and will make it bigger next year! The byd would make a good second car for us. We are waiting for the Kia EV9 to be released. We really need the 7 seats

@@AdventureswithAutism I still like my IC cars though feel that a lot of the modern three cylinder models just don't hit the spot for me, more do the high performance cars. We actually traveled there in my dad's Renault Zoe EV which he has owned since 2017 and he is a big supporter of EV's.

I’ve never really been a big car guy, more gadgets and technology so EVs are perfect for me lol. Plus charging at home is much more convenient for our hectic lifestyle

@@AdventureswithAutism I think for most EVs will work well. I myself do a pretty short commute these days and would rarely need to charge away from home. I do like tech but I think cars are getting too much focus on tech these days and not enough focus on the driving experience. Cars don't need crazy amounts of power to be entertaining and that goes for every segment of the market. I also feel that MPV'S were much better than the typical.SUV that's now on sale as they were far more versatile. Especially for larger families.

We need a 7 seat but need an SUV for height and comfort etc. Plus most the affordable EV 7 seat have rubbish range. My wife uses the car for work so we are doing 2100 miles a month
