Thanks for the detailed video review. It seems the Creality Falcon 2 feels a bit less refined compared to the xTool S1. Additionally, the fact that the Creality Falcon 2 doesn’t include software and requires purchasing LightBurn separately has solidified my decision to go with the xTool S1.

Considering the Falcon2 22w is about 60% of the price of the xtool S1, a little less refined is to be expected. The S1 is a good machine, don't get me wrong, but it is pricier even when considering the cost of a lightburn license.

Did you try with acrylic at all? Would it cut out acrylic?

Only dark/opaque acrylic. Diode lasers cannot cut clear acrylic.

Is LightBurn core enough for this? From the description on which version to buy I’m presuming so 🤷🏻♂️

@@CJESTERHUIZEN1033 Yes, they recently changes their license types. Lightburn Core, the one for gcode machines, is what you need for the Falcon2.
