If you have citizenship in that country, you must follow the deadline and the address mentioned in the documents, as I explained earlier in the video. However, if you are living abroad as a Sri Lankan, it will depend on the country you are in. If it is a developed country, you might not be eligible. I recommend that you read the guideline document and the FAQ PDF for more information, as I do not have specific details on that.

I don't think so, because they have mentioned that candidates need to have an MSc before July 2025 in order to apply for either the research fellowship or the PhD. However, you could still try if your bachelor's performance is quite good.
