are imp arquebusiers, tercs or kreigs better? unlocked imp arqs recently and im not sure if i should level them

imo, imps are better on some maps, where you have good spots for them. Kriegs are more flexible but they also require much more micro - you have to move them around to get the value. Tercio are the easiest to use imo - just put them in spot and you don't have to worry about them. Imps are also super specialised against cav, so kriegs mastery is kinda more 'worth it'.

Depends on your playstyle. Imps are more squishy but bring insane DPS with volley fire. You got a good team running? Just stay close behind and shoot in the brawl when the time is right. With the mastery you most of times have no CD on volley fire and it shreds the pesky horses that try to charge you. Kriegs are guerilla. Move a lot, exploit opportunities. Pop around a corner, snapshoot enemy sides and backs or ambush heroes and be gone before they can react. Their reduced aiming time is nice. Tercio are meh in my opinion. Yes, they are forgiving, but that's it. Cannot run away from stuff and cannot kill stuff before it reaches you. When people were not used to their fusilade they were cool for a while (I fondly remember an 11 heroes killing spree on Allenburg). *tldr* Kriegs are fast. Imps do mass-killings. Tercios are made to stand around.

I would stick to f&s and bloodthirsty. For the rest whatever you like excluding avalanche because it's bad against shields and bursty units (which are meta right now). Tiger claw and bloodthirsty is a solid option.

Maybe they are trying the new mastery. We have a bunch of shielded units in the meta so I don't see how mass ranged could be viable

@@SuperKitowiec If there is any unit distracting the shields then they turn their side or back to the guns and die. Half-shielded units like MAA do not block all of the guns either. Only shield maidens, ISGs, and Myrms seem to totally counter the guns, but there is bound to be someone defending the guns with reapers, cav, etc.

why not full top vet to unlock "aiming speed is increased"??? doesnt' work?

I tested it and I didn't see any noticeable difference in aiming speed. Also, in 1v1 bot wins with the top. So I switched to bot for +2 models until someone proves me that top is worth it :D

I have played them maybe 50+ games fully masterd. Dont have as good docs as u. Tried both top and bottom. Top line gives u a better aim when moving and shooting and faster.

tercios can break shields with mixed line, resist more damage

tercios are more about sustianed dps from 1 spot. With kriegs you have to find good shooting angles to get the value.

Don't forget tercios has a special ability no.2 which most people sleep on. I main poleaxe And it truly acts like jav target ability but with long range. I give rough justice to pikes, & chainDarts then press 2, they die within seconds.

I think imperials are better if you have a map/spot which fits them. But on some maps you just don't have a place for them. Kriegs are much more flexible but weaker if you just want to stand still and shoot at specific spot
