It is practical to split the shower and toilet. I absolutely love the reno on this townhouse……everything has been done so tastefully. Obviously not to everyone’s taste, from some of the comments, but right up my alley!!! Wish I had $750,000 Aussie dollars lying around……good job! Does the square meter age include the rooftop terrace?

Great house and it was well painted /decorated .I also liked the kitchen upstairs. The garage downstairs is great but also comes at a cost:If one does not walk easily then one has to go up to the first floor by foot because the car gets priority hehe. I think the price is a bit at the high end but I think you also pay for the garage and that it is move in ready.

Yes, rare to find a garage in Ostuni, and really is a luxury to have it. Kitchen on the roof terrace is great, just means you end up using it so much more.

It’s a very very cool space. But it’s really a 1 bedroom apartment. That “master bedroom is obviously the actual living room. Don’t get me wrong, I love it! But it’s just not a 2 bedroom apartment. Great for a single person or a couple without kids or with maybe one grown child who visits occasionally. Perfect for me 😅

I love the finishes of the place but the arraingment is really awkward. I'm sure they had to work with the old style of the building, so they had limited options. Having two baths almost side by side accessed from the same room is rather of an odd choice. That first bedroom needs to be a living room, but then you end up with only one bedroom and three baths.😂😅 you could take out the bed and put in a sofabed or Murphybed. I don't care! If I had that kind of money, I'd buy it anyway. Is all the furniture included for the asking price? I could live in Ostuni.
