I really loved this place. Beautiful. So happy to see you again I would love to see those arched ceilings in a smaller less expensive place by the coast. Thank you so much for all your videos❤

Thank you Marco, this one felt like it was for me, personally, I am interested in the Salento region and many of the towns you visited. I am hoping to spend three months there this spring, arriving to Lecce then on to some of the towns in the southern part of the region. Keep um coming Marco, Bravo!

What would we like to see in future videos? My ideal place would be a property in a natural setting that would qualify for the 7%, but is near a town I could scooter or e-bike to within 15 mins and with lots of restaurants, services, and year-around activity.

So I am comparing the North and the South. When you quote the price per sq. Meter how much would you discount for a location outside of a city center or town? Additionally to you have an approximate discount on any property that is half renovated, first and second floors but not the third or fourth. Thanks
@Justdreamitaly7 сағат бұрын
So I mentioned the average price for the whole town, which is the data I had available: so something fully renovated would definitely cost more and homes needing renovation could be less. Desirable location within certain parts of a city center could also influence the price.
@robjus16017 сағат бұрын
@ thank you. I am looking at a large home in Piedmont about a mile outside of a small town north of Asti. Not sure what price level it would support. First two floors in excellent shape, no air conditioning. The top floor and side building are not in condition to live in currently, but bones are good. Each area is about 300 sq.m. Love your show and the way you present properties. I find your presentation to really be first rate.
