Can you please tell me who are the 67 people that actually gave a thumbs down to this man's video? Nick is living proof that you can have it all and still be so humble. He's an honest hard working man that loves his Mopar's, especially his prized Challenger. I'm so proud of him, to be able to actually achieve his lifetime goal, building something that brings out so much youthful enthusiasm from a grown man. How many of us can say the same. Certainly not the 67 who voted thumbs down.

I have a 70 Challenger SE 375 hp 440 4 sp with a Dana 410 rear end. It also has factory AM-FM radio and power windows. I bought it from the original owner in 1973 for two grand with 12 thousand miles on it. as Nick was commenting on Ivan doing seats rebuild, I was reminded when I worked at truck plant in Oshawa 1986-88. Our seats were manufactured at the Lear Seiglar plant, just down road in Whitby, some 1/2 hour before installation into vehicles. GM logo was "Just in Time". It certainly is a lot more work restoring than being built at factory. I was feeling for Nick working on his own. A new truck or car in plant took a day to build from scratch. We produced 73 trucks an hour so 500 in an 8 hr shift. Even at 1000 per day, the plant could barely keep up with orders.

Really made me smile when your brother hopped in for a ride together. I'm one of 6 boys in our family. There was a time long ago when wrenching and racing were our whole lives everyday. We learned so much together, each of us contributing a special talent to the mix. I was very lucky to have that and happy you still do Nick! Living in Colorado USA all my life, seeing that repop plate on the car was great, they got it right! Challenger is great! I don't own any old Mopars anymore but man that ride along(!)......... I could close my eyes and go right back to hearing the whine of that 833 rowin' gears in my 6BBL Road Runner. Thank you for that! And thank you for driving the car as intended, you know you're not hurting anything one bit! Chrysler knew what they were doing, they built that car to take the pounding they knew was going to come. Great little film guys! Always good editing and getting the feel for the actual experience. Just a thought: be cool to do an extensive ride along film just like the old days, I know you lived the same life we did back then Nick. We knew all the best places to cruise and race with no traffic and 'exercise' the projects we were always working on. Not too different from Vanishing Point in some ways........ Enjoy the new toy Nick! Thanks to all you guys way up North!...............

The Car turned out absolutely STUNNING . PERFECTION ! Nick you need a Kowalski Curly Wig and Aviation Sun glasses for when you drive it. I didn't agree the car was too loud but now it sounds like the car in the movie. As always ..Nother Fine Job ! Glad you finally get to enjoy the car you always wanted. You've more than earned it.

Just watched Vanishing point for the 1st time. I love that line "it takes a mopar to catch a mopar!"...you can take my mrs, maybe my dog, but not my mopar.....❤

Watch the original from 1971, it's the better of the two movies...

That's not the real vanishing point, just a shite remake... The original is the only one worth watching

Now this is a man who appreciates a muscle car and drives it the way they were driven back then.

I was 6 years old when vanishing point came out. We were poor so my friends and I snuck in the drive in. I loved Mopar every sense that night. So amazing to see this beautiful car come to life. I remember that day so many years ago. Bravo sir. Thank you.

1970 Challenger with a 426 has always been my dream car. It's great to see a man like Nick being able to give these old cars a new life, more people need to start doing this instead of letting them rot in a field somewhere. Up here in Alberta there's plenty of farmers that let cars like this rot away and refuse to sell them. I'm currently restoring my '91 Chevy Caprice Classic and I'm planning on dropping in a 327. Cheers Nick!
