Your lifestyle is an inspiration. I can attest for the vegan lifestyle because I have cured my own illnesses, and when I eat like that consistently, I feel SO good. No heartburn, stomach issues, headaches, I sleep so much better, and my skin looks clearer. I avoided buying a single family home because I didn’t want to worry about yard maintenance, but now I wish I did so I could grow a garden 😅

Hi Kristina, my name is Charlene and I’m from Massachusetts. I’ve been watching and listening to your videos when I’m driving, I just purchased the Nama J2 juicer with the special free sorbet attachment and I can’t wait to try it out! Every time I listen to you and see beautiful Hawaii I think, I’d love to go back and I’d love to see if Kristina holds any in person classes. Please let me know if that’s something you do and how I find out more. There’s nothing like the energy of Hawaii coupled with your healing energy, wisdom and guidance. I have a massage/wellness practice (Intuitive Massage with Charlene) and I love sharing everything I’ve learned with my community. Thank you and hugs from Massachusetts, Charlene
