The amount of people that don’t know there’s protein in leafy greens and many other plant-based foods is astonishing! I am a nutrition graduate student and vegetarian/mostly vegan and I really enjoyed this video, thank you for sharing!! :)

Agreed. I wonder where they think the elephant, panda bear, cow, goat and many other animals get their protein. Lol
Hey Kristina! Been following you since 2013, and have transitioned from fully vegan with cooked meals and starches, to just now (2 weeks in) transitioning to raw vegan. I'm loving your videos. I'm in a group with Don (don't know his last name) but he still agrees with your teachings so yay!

I'm going to be honest, I didn't really think I'd like this as much as I do, but I'm trying to do better, so I made it. I really like garlic, so I put two cloves in it, as well as an extra lime. It's delicious!! My meat-eating family even likes it. I put it as a sauce over their grilled chicken. They gawked at the intense green color, but after trying it, they loved it as well. Thank you!

CILANTRO, DILL AND BASIL ARE VERY GOOD COMBINATIONS WITH TAHINI. HOWEVER DILL, MINT, BASIL AND CILANTRO IS ALSO GOOD. A VERY GOOD ITALIAN DRESSING WITH PARSLEY USING FLAT LEAF PARSLEY IS MADE WITH CARROTS, OLIVE OIL, GARLIC, AND HIMALAYAN SALT AND APPLE CIDER VINEGAR WITH SOME SWEET FROM AGAVE NECTAR OR COCONUT NECTAR.

Thank you so much for being a beautiful inspiration. I love cilantro when whole, but same cilantro blended becomes so bitter for me, that I can't even enjoy one spoon of it. Same for other herbs, even dill. I might need to try chopping it finely in food processor instead of blender maybe, I don't have one yet. If someone has same little issue, would you be so kind to mention how do you keep the original taste of herbs please. Greatly appreciated ❤️

What is the heat rate value of the blending that happens? Many mixers spin so fast that the food enzymes are killed. Versus an auger run juicer that spins slower.
