You are right Fumi! For some reason, I have always hated chewing gum. I never chew gum. I am always on time. I have cancelled people for being late. Its also very important to me that my body odour, outfit, hair and skin is always on point. It doesn`t matter how late I slept but I always wake up by 06:00 in the morning. I am working on my self control. I can easily hit the roof when I feel invaded, attacked, bullied or abused. I am forever trying to improve myself. Thank u Fumi. ❤💯

Benzyl peroxide 2.5-5% wash for that BO, Body acne 💁🏽‍♀️ Since that is strong and cannot be used on a daily basis, Use a body wash that has salicylic acid, to get rid of the bacteria. Neutrogena clear & defend facial wash, can be used. African body scrub, not so much loofer as the harber bacteria quicker💁🏽‍♀️

The only exemption to these tips are those who are on the autism spectrum. If you need to chew, pop or fidget in order to self regulate being overstimulated by the pressures of being in the public, by all means, stim! Masking your autism traits in order to fit in can be very damaging and harmful in excess.
