Hey, I don't think you're supposed to use a crush washer. We should be using the little blue gasket the fumoto comes with.

Good point! I did some more research on it. As long as you're running one of them either a crush or the supplied one. I think it depends more on the car, since the rubber ones are more "universal". At least on this car the crush washer should be ok as long as there is no leak, hopefully, lol.

@@brzser8387 oh good to know. Can you share a link? If s crush washer is okay I'm wondering then if it maybe should be changed it every free oil changes. I always wondered if the gasket could go bad.
@brzser83875 жыл бұрын
@@discourteous there's a chance it might if you are constantly removing the valve. If not I've read people last a lot of miles with it as well 20k++ miles. I would also do regular oil changes ( removing valve maybe 10k,20kk miles?) periodically just to make sure all metal shavings in the bottom of the pan are flushed out since the nipple is small. The link for the crush washer I use is in the description. 👍

@@rookietoprobuildz ah there's, mixed reviews on which washer to use. But most people used either or with no issues. This includes mine as well, i used the crush washer and no leaks for 1+ year.

Appriciate it! I do, just been busy to edit them and upload them. It includes, flushing brake/clutch lines, injectors, fuel pump, flex fuel kit, boost controller, etc. I am actually running 12 psi now on e85 and this car has turned very scary, haha.

@@brzser8387 any chance you wanna get a p3 gauge and with the ethanol adapter so u can see ur ethanol content on the gauge etc and boost
@brzser83875 жыл бұрын
Unfortunately, it someone too expensive for me at this point (I'm broke) lol. Tho, I am running moto east flex-fuel and so far had no issue with it. As far as boost gauge I use my android head unit along with the torque pro app to monitor boost levels, and also other things as well such as oil, coolant temp, ltft, stft, etc. To me, its much more cost-effective since my android android head unit = $250 vs p3 gauge $450(USD)

Yo , was there a gap between the valve and your oil pan when installing ?
@ohhfrosti28463 жыл бұрын
Or is it meant to sit flat against the oil pan ?
@brzser83873 жыл бұрын
@@ohhfrosti2846 the valve is flat in the oil pan, also the whole thing tucked under skid plate. Which one did you buy? I have the f108s the "s" also stands for short nipple.
