What an interesting, educational, hypnotizing, entertaining video 👍 Very neat to see what all goes into making a fence, Even down to the staples. Felt like I was watching How's It Made ! Great Video Man. ✌💛

Dude....we slowed down the machines so you could see how they work. If you can't spell "CRIMP" then you most certainly can't re-design this factory that employees thousands of people worldwide. I think your keyboard is getting the best of you...show some respect for the work that went into this video for you to enjoy...not pick apart

Loved this video. It reminded me of when I was about 10 years old, my father took me to a machine tool exhibition in London. I saw machines making screws from rolls of wire - cutting the lengths, rolling the threads, forming different head styles and spitting out finished screws at machine-gun speed. Awesome. But the most astonishing to me was a lathe, turning the bearings on a ship engine crankshaft that was probably around 8 feet long - between centres. I also saw demos of the outrageous lathe cuts that could be made with the 'new' carbide tool tips and floods of bright pink Cincinnati Milacron coolant. The sort of things you never forget. It's really sad that so much of that manufacturing legacy is now gone, but thanks for bringing back the memories!

Always fun to see how everyday items are made. Mechanization, assembly-lines, electricity and the geniuses who figured out how to make it all flow to create a repeatable finished product are what makes us all so efficient. That crimp along the wire to account for temperature changes with the seasons is sweet. Thanks for taking us along for the tour!

In the late 70’s I got to tour Atlantic Steel in downtown Atlanta(site is now Atlantic Station Mall W/IKEA). They had a foundry which took scrap metal and made the wire, then fencing, nails, staples and all. It was a really nasty and dirty place. It was great!

it does take a bit of time to analyze a process. Many moons ago I designed and built a machine to make masonry nails for a popular brand nailgun. It produced 9/sec nail gun nails with washer. Getting a washer crimp at the right spot on the nail, so it does not damage drywalling or timber battens.

It’s the rubber part that the windows go up into . Very hot place I might add. But to watch this kinda brought make memories or running big machinery. Fun stuff to see and to hear them country folks talk lol.
