Judith! I am glad you enjoyed these! Have you ever done the one with marbles?
@judithsigler96444 жыл бұрын
TxStampin Sharon Armstrong No, I haven’t done the “marble technique” on a card but when I taught 2nd Grade, we taught a Life Cycle unit in Science watching the metamorphosis of Monarchs! ONE of the projects we did was to create Adult Monarchs w/construction paper! To get the “wings”, we used orange paper w/black ink n’ marbles in a box lid or foil pan~~KIDS loved the project!! Then using a cardstock pattern, they cut out the adult from their dried orange paper! Their job then was to retell the Life Cycle stages via their own created butterfly to their parents! EVERYONE learned a lot through a WONDERFUL project! I do miss those days at times! Thanks for letting me share! HUGS!

The "marbled" effect was really cool. I have a question regarding the use of staz-on and other coloring mediums. Is staz-on the only ink to use with watercoloring your stamps? Oh, and how do you clean your marbles and case?
@TxStampinSharon4 жыл бұрын
Edith, I am glad you enjoyed the marbles! I just put the case and marbles in the sink and run water over them. Then dry on a paper towel. StazOn is the only ink that Stampin' Up! sells to use with Watercolor pencils, markers, etc.
