CC being the vengeful spirit makes sense since it makes more sense for Michael to have been having the UCN Nightmare instead of William because William only built the Animatronics with Henry, he wasn’t a Nightguard like Michael was and possibly currently is and most of the animatronics UCN voicelines refer to “the one you shouldn’t have killed” as a he and not a she, the he being CC and she being Cassidy. Along with it’s in the name: Ultimate Custom Night, Night as in Nightmare, since I don’t honestly believe two little kid souls regardless if vengeful or not have the literal power it takes to actually send a person to hell or even make a personal hell for one, that’d be bad business practice for Satan/Lucifer to let a vengeful kid do what they want in his domain (Hell)

Headcanon for your Henry, he gets police calls on a daily basis as he is the only person who knows what happened to the children. He also gets many asks from newspaper clientele to explain what William was like, but he gets too stressed and walks away from whoever was asking. Also William has no favorite and will never again eat any cooked food as it reminds him of when he was alive, which makes him smile as he remembers he achieved Immortality. : D
