Exactly! It was a shame we couldn't romance Ada in fallout 4. I don't mind human faces but it honestly is more uncanny than the robots with robot heads. Plus they're cooler and have better designs than the human faced robots, and monsters if I'm being honest.

It was just Serana in Skyrim all over again! We couldn't romance any of the robots, it was infuriating going to Goodneighbour and having KLEO rizz you up everytime you talk to her, and the player just acts like a dead fish in response. Supposedly, there was going to be a romancable Assaultron in 76, but Bethesda scrapped her, the cowards! And honestly, I don't even have any uncanny feeling towards humanoid robots, I just don't find them any different than regular humans, i.e. boring in a world full of giant lizards, insects and murder robots with childbearing hips. Personally, the less human-like the better in my opinion, all these humans and synths, but all I really want is a deathclaw with boobs.

This applies to all of the added companions, and they will sometimes release them in the atomic shop too.
