I'm new to making hats and still don't have the hang of what size looms to use. In several of your hat videos you mention making your hats smaller because your head is smaller. Would you mind telling me what your head measures? That would be helpful for me to judge what size loom I should use.

You should use a hat chart. Head size is only approximate for using. it depends on yarn, tension and loom.

I have a question. Do you do a u wrap on the beginning peg throughout the pattern? With the Juniper stitch, do you do a u wrap and a Juniper on the first peg? Thank you!

You dont uwrap in this pattern you do juniper stitch. You can slow down the video to watch it slower and then if you still dont understand give me the time in the video you dont understand so i can look at it.

How come you started the juniper on peg 2 instead of peg 1. My peg 1 is the white one of cw loom. Help

it doesnt matter which peg you start on. if you start on your peg one that will always be your starting place. what may have happened with me is i started up one because i secured the stitch on that peg because i didnt make the video right away and it all had to be stored.

Thanks for sharing this. I have a 41 peg loom do you think I could follow your directions and it works? Also will the caston be Stretchy or tight. I'm just hesitant because Ifeel like the hat would be huge on me.
