Nice video. Lovely looking area to boat from

Thank you kind Sir. The stretch of the Haven in SW Pembrokeshire is quite a vast area to boat around. Weather has not been good this year for boating over here though. Hope it will be better next spring onwards. BTW I have subscribed to your channel and will be watching your videos. Thanks again. 🥰

@@chefandrewthong Thanks for subscribing. I'm South coast based but take trips to Devon and Cornwall regularly. Not taken the boat to your area yet though. The weather has not been great here either this year, unfortunately

I wish we had slips that quality up here in the Highlands! That is a good looking boat. Is it an Alaska 500?
@chefandrewthong Жыл бұрын
Yes, that was the Alaska 500. It is great over here in SW Pembrokeshire with great launching slips. 👍😅 🥰😂

Where was that slipway where u launched from?
@chefandrewthong3 ай бұрын
@@davidnewhill5605 It's in front of the boat yard in Gelliswick. 😅

@@chefandrewthong is that the free to launch one? I don’t suppose you know after low tide how long until there is enough water to launch
@chefandrewthong2 ай бұрын
@@davidnewhill5605 Home of the Pembrokeshire Yacht Club but it's free to launch. The concrete slip extends well out, and is wide enough for two boats side by side. Toilets are available along side the road. There is no car park, but cars can be parked along the side of the road. Recovery possible at LW as the sand is quite firm off the end of the slipway. We would launch 3 hours before high tide and back 3 hours after. 😅😂
