Love my Rmax 2 SE, it drives like a dream, coming from a 2014 Teryx 800. Being from Nova Scotia it’s great too see Canadian content and true trail riding, the power, D mod and suspension is exactly what was needed for most of the trail riding in our neck of the woods on the Eastern Shore. Liking all the new machines that are coming out in the last year or so something for everyone for sure. Yamaha, Can am and Polaris all have great sport/Utility machines this whole category has come a long way. I’ve been watching your Chanel for a while now and I’m very appreciative of all the work that you guys are putting into the videos. Keep them coming. Now I need to go and BBQ me a few sausages I’ve got a craving..

Thats kinda nice to see the other guys on the crew get the tires wet. And you're right about there not being too many nice days left like that, those trails looked great.

Great vid guys. You usually do test reviews, but at the end of the day, that's what these machines are for. Get out there and make a few memories with some friends.

Hey guys! I am in the process of buying a 2024 RMax. I noticed these large cubbies going into the firewall area. How are those for cleaning out and do they allow mud up inside the dash? Do you get air flow to the driver and passenger through these cubbies? I see that Mudbusters makes covers, but not for the 2024 models yet.

I think both Luke and AJ discuss that in their overviews of the 4-seater. I put the links to those two videos in the description.

Really liked the Rmax till i sat in one. The shoulder bolster seemed like it would be annoying.

Its basically the same bolster thats on the older rspec wolverine. Im a big dude and it does hot your arm alot but honestly it kind of helps keep you from rocking out of the door opening too far and getting covered in mud and briar scratches.

I drilled the rivets out and moved mine back a few inches. I lean against it in rough terrain. I like that it's there.

Hey Dirt Trax, question for you regarding interior comfort for the Rmax and Commander. Seriously considering one of these but unable to go and see them in person due to local dealers not having inventory. In your own experience, which of these has a more comfortable ride and interior? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

Not related to this video, just want your opinion I'm looking at a 2013 grizzly and a 08 renegade 800 with a rear rack there about the same price don't use it for utility. At most a tent or cooler and a backpack or pulling 500lb brush once a year rest of the time is surface mud and some air time. Witch one would you guys recommend?

What shape are both of these units in? How many miles? Any big repairs? Are they modded? Obviously there's more HP in the Outlander, but you're going to have to really see which one is in the kind of shape you're looking for first.

Both verry good condition renegade has some power mods(dynojet tunner performance muffeler etc) and has 14" aluminum rims. grizzly don't have any listed mods but has a 2500lb winch. Renegade looks like a garage queen. Grizz looks like a rarely used work horse. Neither are mud builds. Or should I just keep my 99 wolverine 350 and same some coin, it's fine just some more oumf is all. Thanks you. Edit: neither state odo And I'm more of a sport rider but in similar price range is a TLC raptor 660 or a blown 400ex

Man, those two sport utes sound nice. Since it's a bit newer, I'd be interested to know more about that Grizzly. If it is stock and in good shape, might be a good trade up if you're already familiar with the brand.

I feel like you guys should try a low-budget crew ride. Less than $10,000 total on vehicles, gear, food, etc. and no using vehicles you already own! That’s cheating. Can’t exactly give a good representation of costs when your running a $25,000 R-MAX or Commander.

@@dirttraxtv the hammoc with cold weather tarps and a sleeping bag is one of the cheapest ways to camp in the cold with minimal space! Adv motorcycle riders do it fairly often. FortNine is a KZbinr who made a good video on it.
