Maybe this is just me being a massive nerd, but I feel like Fun With Flags would actually be a good show. There's creativity that makes it funny, interesting little factoids, and cool guest stars. And I like that it's about all sorts of flags, for countries, states, even warning flags. I'm no flag aficionado, but I think I would enjoy watching it.

There's a great scene in seas 2 of The Wire where Jim McNulty -- a cop if you haven't watched the show -- has to act like a British out-of-towner to get entry into a brothel for the case his team is investigating. McNulty is played by Dominic West who's a Brit so he has to play an American cop trying to affect an awful British drawl. It's funny as hell too!

Same! The best part of Fun with Flags IMO was the way Jim and Mayim portrayed being so stiff and uncomfortable in front of the camera. 🤣🤣

I feel like "Fun With Flags" would have been perfect for teachers to show to students just like crash course. I wish they made a "Fun With Flags" youtube channel while making the show, even if the videos would've been just 10 minutes.

It's utterly brilliant, for me the best part of TBBT, so meta, like a show within a show, and I love the slightly amateurish but hilarious way of filming it like the written title board and Sheldons hesitancy, Amy's bossiness, and their poor guests 😂 The costumes just make it extra! I have no interest in flags either which is testament to it's charm. I wish for real you could get the gang to record a segment for YT weekly of Fun With Flags, you'd pull in loads of viewers. Have to be done in that style though, no slick professionalism.

interestingly this is now a Jeopardy category sometime Ken presents it other times Mayim and Jim present it. You are shown a flag and a clue is read you have to guess where the flag is from to get points. This is a good game.
