The Lewis Blood Group System can be confusing, but it really CAN be fun! This video from 2013 describes the details of the Lewis System in ways that will hopefully make them more memorable and entertaining.

I m grateful for this video, after researching so much about the anti Lewis, I was left with more questions. Although I didn't understand much of the medical terms, I m glad to hear that during pregnancy this is not a significant problem

Why can't YOU be my teacher. For the explanation at 11:30, my immunohematology teacher just put a crap ton of graphs and stuff. I much prefer the "logic tree" that you used. It is SO much clearer.

Great question, and I don't know the answer! Sorry about that; I suppose you could find that if you read some really deep biochemistry articles about the Lewis system, but I'm not terribly interested in that, myself.
