Excellent routine. Can't do a cossack squat yet. It's my goal this year to be able to learn it.

Try doing it by holding on to a table or bench for support with your hands and progress from there

I think you can! Just have to start very light and even start with a modified range of motion. Slowly work your way to full range. You got this!

It definitely requires a good degree of flexibility and balance/stability. It's not nearly as simple as a regular squat. Part of it is training 1 leg to hold most of your weight.
