Just turned 63 and thought I was in pretty decent shape. This workout kicked my butt. Thought 40 seconds would be easy but some I couldn’t complete. Excellent workout looking forward to improving and know I will feel so much better.

I’m in my 50s and had to stop 1/2 way through. I’m going to do this daily until it’s easy. I’m way too out of cardio shape.

Hey man, just wanted to say that this is perfect. I’m a beginner to working out and following this was rediculously challenging but the feeling afterward is like no other. You really make the user put in the effort, and the minute they feel like they’re about to fail you stop, take a break, and switch to a different exercise that the person has a easier time with

Perfect routine! I work from home and have 15 minutes breaks in the morning and pm and this is exactly the type of workout I like doing during my breaks!!

man thank you so much. this is the best. last year i was running and hitting the gym daily but after a while i realised i couldnt sustain it bc i wake up very early and i feel unsafe running at night and the nature of my job makes me sleep in different places every other week. But this is great, I’ll look out for more apartment friendly work outs.

Thanks for this! I've finally decided to get back in shape, and this is the bodyweight workout I've been looking for! Thanks for showing the modified exercises, they helped me to not get discouraged on the movements that I couldn't do properly. This is now my early morning daily routine!💪

I had to rewind a lot because I didn't understand the exercise before I saw it. So maybe demo one rep during the rest period. I had no idea what hollow body or whatever meant until I saw the exercise. Never the less, great video

Liked this alot, all the abs killed me but im out of condition. Would be awesme to see some hard workouts same length but more targeted (eg upper body, or arms or legs) also would like some hard routines that involve one weight (most people have one weight lying around. I've lost condition lately and really needed this to get me motivated again. cheers.
