Jesse, before asking about her routine of oral hygiene it would be more important to ask her about her dental history with cavities, gingivitis, orthodontics, dry mouth etc every patient is different as she says and her routine is only meaningful to her own personal case! 41:43

I was keto for years. Heavy on the ‘superfood’ veggies. My gums were Gone. #7-9. Ready for grafting tissue. Went carnivore 2 yrs ago…. Gums healed and growing back. All about #2 on probing!! Also RA symptoms gone. IBS gone. Frozen shoulder Gone…. Also dont need reading glasses anymore. Mine was Oxalate overload..::

these carnivore success stories in the comments sections are getting so ridiculous, I have long been suspecting that it is all one big psyop and bot network.

That is amazing! Do you eat any veggies at all, like onion for example? I want to do carnivire,but I've fresh onion and garlic so much that I cannot imagine eating meat without them. I would think ancestors would have thrown then in a pot with meat if they came across them. Wild onion grows in my yard too!

Do you ever have onions or garlic? I want to go carnivore but I hesitate due to the onions. I always want onions when I eat meat.

A functional dentist, biological dentist, quantum dentist, should be one of the most important people in your health team. Your health team must communicate with one another or they will be treating you without having all the necessary information. Putting together a good health team is a challenge because modern medicine is broken.

Great Video! Since I went keto/ mostly carnivore 6-7 years ago, I really don't even need to brush my teeth. My breath never stinks. I still to brush them in the morning, with some baking soda or sometimes just water. When I was severely diabetic 200lbs ago, I had new cavities and fillings all the time, I lost 4 of my teeth, one of them I spent over $2000 getting a root canal on and I lost it anyway. But now I go in for my light cleaning/checkup (I don't let them scrape and scrape on my teeth anymore) and the dentist is always like wow this looks really good you must really be brushing you teeth. I always turn down the fluoride and we don't have it in our water in my town either. I don't really care about my microbiome or whatever, I feel great.

@dharma__34 күн бұрын
Well if she's a natural dentist who knows fluoride is toxic, she probably disagrees. I used to use Dr. Ellie's routine but I don't anymore. Fluoride is not good.

A huge thank you for your work and dedication to helping us ! You are a treasure of of a person ! With so much knowledge! 😊 Question... have you heard of dental anesthetics having inside the syringes some self assembling nano particles? There are doctors who are seeing these, and they are doing research to further understand the effects of these particles. Please look into this if you haven't already. You are truly a gift to us all ! I'm reluctant to have more work done until more research shows the safety of anesthetics. ❤

I enjoyed listening to this content & am on board w/most of it except for EATING every 2-hours. The reason this doesn't work for me is: not hungry that often; I practice intermittent fasting (& mouth resting) & don't need to raise my blood sugar; & it is impossible during an in office work schedule. What I LIKE most is people coming together w/information to carve out what routines might benefit them best. No one-size-fits all approach. Lastly, WHY is DENTAL & EYE health insurance SEPARATE?

I'm not sure about using nano version of hydroxyapatite. It's controversial in Europe. We don't know the long term side effects of using nano. I personally use non-nano hydroxyapatite toothpaste. While I like using it, I don't think it's that helpful compared to changing your diet. Since I became animal based, my teeth have been healing - less sensitivity, thicker/whiter enamel, etc.

That Nano Hydroxy tooth paste in Australia... What brand and who sells it.. Thanks for the whole presentation
@JohnMartini-b4lАй бұрын
Staci along with Dr Mark Burhenne (and his daughter Katherine) are the founders of the brand Fygg. About 2 months ago I purchased the mint version of their Nano-Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste with Prebiotics. I noticed a difference immediately, teeth felt cleaner, more smooth. Downside is that it is expensive per tube, though only need a small amount so the tube lasts longer. Only place that I found in Australia that sells Fygg is Short Street Kitchen. Hope that helps.

Try going CARNIVORE for at least 3-4 months. It cures most ailments! It's given me my Life back after a serious accident that damaged discs in my neck and back. So I had poor sleep due to chronic pain, then developed Fibromyalgia. I suffered excruciating pain for 30 years. Up until I went CARNIVORE and my pain has diminished so substantially that I can live an almost normal life now! It's well worth it to try and feel good again!

Great information. Jesse Chappus is my favorite interviewer as he asks good questions and allows his guests to speak. My one disagreement is with root canals. I've had 7-8 RC's with all of them abscessing so they're definitely temporary with one of them abscessing over the weekend and I thought I was going to die 😵💫 if they work for some then that's good. The documentary Root Cause is available for free.

Is there any truth to the story that fluoride was a byproduct of some aluminum manufacturing process that needed to be disposed of so it was put in the water supply at very low levels? Asking!! The fact that there is very little data or proof that it’s actually beneficial, is very alarming. Is this healthy propaganda that dentists have just always believed in and never questioned? Perpetuated by Dental school? When we start messing with nature, it often backfires. For example, killing all the wolves in a certain area of the US back in the early 1900s and how it really screwed up the whole food chain. They re-introduced them 70? years later and made everything better again. Balance was restored as nature intended. Great interview by the way! She really knows her stuff.

Good information, but too many ads! We need more functional medicine dentists. We actually need to overhaul our entire "health" care system, and focus on preventative care (including nutrition), healing and holistic health care. But there's no money to be made for doctors, "drillers" and Big Pharma in keeping people healthy. 🤔 🤑 😠

@staresce Indeed. I feel happy for people to pick up on this detail. Eating only meat and especially fatty animal food finally got rid off teeth sensitivity and my teeth are healing naturally. Using iodine helped my gut biom tremendously.
