Functional Planning 90 Day Kanban board. Today I am setting up my Functional Kanban board to support my 90 Day plan. I am focusing on ending the year strong and tying up loose ends on work stuff. This spread will help me have a functional overview of Q4 to help me in my weekly and monthly review in my Hobonichi Cousin.

"Upcoming" is good. I've also used the food storage/prep analogy, e.g., "Freezer --> Fridge --> Counter --> Table --> Plate"

I have ADHD (just diagnosed). But am recovering from burn out caused bij the adhd in combination with a new job and a lack of structure in it. So when I go back to work I will definitely try this

Great video! I have a friendly suggestion. To prevent a cluttered To Do page, what about providing each project with its own To Do, Doing, "Upcoming", Done section? Actually, the "Upcoming" section can share the same page with the To-Do section.
